- ADMISSION
- An Evaluation and screening will be
completed by Rebekah Manor before an agreement for
resident placement can be made. At that time, the home
operating policies, residents rights, cost and refunds
will be explained

against individuals base on their race, creed, color,
sex or religion. The only reason admission will be
denied is if a resident assessed to require a
higher level of care ( Based on the physician's medical
evaluation and the Rebekah manor pre-admission screening
and assessment) than rebekah Manor is licensed to
provide

- A medical Screening completed by your
physician is required by the PA Department of Public
Welfare prior to admission to our Facility
